China Occupational Safety and Health Association

China occupational safety and health Association (abbreviations: COSHA) was established in 1983. It is voluntarily formed by experts of occupational safety and health, universities, research units involving in occupational safety and health and companies etc, and supported by government. It is a national, professional and non-profit social organization and registered by the ministry of civil affairs to promote development of occupational safety and health as well as emergency management to protect workers' work safety and health. 

As of end of 2017, there are more than 6,000 personal members, 3,120 group members and 24 sub organizations. Its Secretariat contains 32 employees, 7 departments including science and technology dept., membership dept., occupational safety dept., occupational health dept., education and training dept., asset and financial dept., general office, and expert consultative committee.
